The terms and conditions set the rules for using PixiLearn and define the rights and obligations of the parties.
General Terms of Use

General Terms of Use for the websites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these "General Terms of Use" is to provide the legal framework for the use of the websites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr and their services. This contract is concluded between:
- The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher",
- Any natural or legal person wishing to access the sites and their services, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
The General Terms of Use must be accepted by all Users, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Article 2: Legal Notice
The websites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr are published by the company Pixilib, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at 2 rue léonce castelbou, 31000 Toulouse. The company is represented by Salim Kanoun.
Article 3: Access to Services
Any User with internet access can access the sites for free and from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access them (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher. The sites and their various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or justification.
Article 4: User Responsibility
The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of their login ID and password. The User's password must remain secret. In the event of password disclosure, the Publisher declines all responsibility. The user agrees to promptly notify Pixilib of any communication or theft of their password, or any suspicious activity detected by the user on their account (contact@pixilib.fr). The User assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the information and content present on the websites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr. The user may not claim the right to collect data available on www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr without consent. The user undertakes not to attempt to re-identify the imaging data available on www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr. The User undertakes not to publish content likely to infringe the interests of a third party and will bear the eventual legal consequences of such infringement. Imagery and support material may only be used in training if they do not allow patient re-identification or if the patient has given their consent for use. The site may delete or modify the User's content at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
Article 5: Publisher Responsibility
Any malfunction of the network server, or the use of the platform from incompatible equipment, software, or connection, cannot engage the Publisher's liability. Similarly, the site's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unpredictable and insurmountable act of a third party. For reasons of maintenance or others, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without prior notice or justification. The sites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr undertake to implement all necessary means to guarantee data security and confidentiality. Pixilib reserves the right to add or remove features from the PixiLearn platform. The pseudonymization of imagery carried out by Pixilib removes all directly or indirectly identifying data concerning patients. For this purpose, Pixilib uses the de-identification method described in the DICOM standard (Table E.1-1 PS 3.15). Details on this pseudonymization are available upon request.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The content of the websites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright, under the Intellectual Property Code. The User must obtain the site editor's authorization before any reproduction, copy, or publication of this content. The ownership of the data sent to www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr belongs to you or its legal owner. You grant Pixilib the right, to the extent of applicable law, a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, free, and transferable authorization to store, process, publish, distribute, broadcast, publish, distribute, transmit, copy, display, use the data sent for current and future Pixilib services. You guarantee that you have the necessary rights to display, send the data, and deliver this license over the data as described above.
Article 7: Personal Data
The User must obligatorily provide personal information to register on the site. The User's email address may be used by the sites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr for the communication of various information and account management. www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr guarantee respect for the user's privacy, in accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms. Pursuant to articles 40, 49, and 50 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the user has a right of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition regarding their personal data. The user exercises this right by email to the data protection officer, Pierre Le guellec, Yec’Hed Mat company p.leguellec@yeched-mat.com.
Article 8: Hypertext Links
The domains to which the hypertext links present on the sites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr lead do not engage the liability of the Publisher, who has no control over these links. It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page on the sites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr without express authorization from the publisher.
Article 9: Evolution of the General Terms of Use
The sites www.pixilearn.fr and platform.pixilearn.fr reserve the right to modify the clauses of these General Terms of Use at any time and without justification. It is the User's responsibility to keep informed of the evolution of the General Terms of Use.
Article 10: Duration of the Contract
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with respect to the User from the start of the use of the service.
Article 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Toulouse have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
